Map Layout left rail & bottom bar

Export — paste-ready

Two blocks: the GROUPS / RAIL_ORDER / LAYERS constants for app.js, and the same layout as JSON. Copy either.

Nothing here writes to the database. Every change is saved in this browser only (localStorage), so it works with no signal — and it means two devices will not agree. Export when you are happy with it.

Colours are held to 28.2 dE (CIE Lab) from every other active colour. A swatch that fails is struck through and cannot be chosen. That floor exists because three separate colours have shipped that nobody measured — most recently the property pin, which sat 16.6 dE from the hotels and made the house layer look like the hotel layer.
